This is it....and it's time for teens to get the insight that will help them figure a few things out.  Meditation is not just for adults and people seeking spiritiual enlightenment.  Meditation helps people of all ages and gives each person a very personal opportunity to get in touch  with who they really are...and who needs that more than teens?  ......and adults?   .......and seniors?    

Sign your teen up now for one hour per week........and let them see the difference an hour can make.  

Each meditation is preceeded by a brief discussion and insight. 

Cost:  $3.00 per session  (This is a "Teens Only" group.)
